This summer, the Ark Housing Team travelled across Northern Ireland, hosting Community Pop-Ups and Scheme Walkabouts to connect directly with our tenants. These engagement events were all about listening to your voice and understanding what matters most to you. We wanted to hear your opinions, perspectives, and ideas on how we can improve our services.
We asked: Is there anything we can be doing better? Do you have concerns or complaints about communal areas or shared spaces? We believe that you, the service user, are at the heart of our operations, and your feedback is crucial for our continuous improvement.
We are very grateful to everyone who took the time to attend and share their thoughts. Your input helps us shape our service delivery to ensure we are meeting your needs. We've collected all of this information and will be presenting it to our senior management team, who will review all your feedback and chart a path for driving up tenant satisfaction.

A special thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund for sponsoring our Ark Creative Network initiative. This project connects creative industries with social housing, and it was a pleasure to have musicians, artists, and even a travelling farm at our housing schemes. We hope these activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our pop-ups, but our main focus was always hearing your voice and asking for your input.
