The contractor, Tal Ltd was given possession of 43 Whitewell Road, Belfast on the 29th January 2010. This development project consisting of 15 units for general needs has been designed to the lifetime homes standard, secured by design standard and has been constructed to code for sustainable homes standard, level 3. The scheme costs are £2.2million with an approved grant of £1.7million. This development project is progressing well and is due for completion in April 2011.

Kelly Brothers, the appointed contractor gained possession of the development site in Crewhill, Ardglass on 16th August 2010. The projects estimated cost is £3.5 million and has a total estimated grant of £2.2million. This project has been designed to the lifetime homes standard and secured by design standard. It also has an Eco Homes ‘very good’ rating. The 26 units which are due to be completed by December 2011 are targeted to address general needs groups.
