Here's a look at what's happening this month:

Launching 7th May: The Broadway Project Get ready for an engaging 8-week programme aimed at young people in the Village and Broadway areas. Participants will have the chance to delve into shared history and identity, as well as explore the vital area of community development. This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to learn, connect, and grow!

7th May: Armagh Advisory Group Meeting We're looking forward to welcoming members of our Armagh Advisory Group to discuss our ongoing good relations plan and explore exciting upcoming projects and proposals in the area.

7th May: Housing For All Partners - Tak£500 Information Session (Armagh) Our Housing For All partners in the Armagh region are invited to an informative session about the Tak£500+ funding opportunity. This will be a chance for local groups to speak directly with our team about their project ideas and learn how to submit a successful application for this valuable funding.

Ongoing from 12th May & Continuing 19th May: Art With Frankie at Conor House Creativity is in full bloom at Conor House! Residents have been thoroughly enjoying "Art With Frankie," a community art project generously funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. It's wonderful to see our Conor House tenants embracing their artistic talents and finding pleasure in painting!

15th May: Community Pop-Up & Scheme Walkabout - Templemoyle, Kells We're heading to Templemoyle in Kells for our latest Community Pop-Up and scheme walkabout. This is your direct line to the Ark team! Come along and tell us what you think – how can we improve our services and your living experience? Your recommendations and suggestions are invaluable!

Saturday 17th May: Neighbours Day - Quarry Heights Residents of Quarry Heights, get ready for some fun! We're hosting a Neighbours Day event, and we'd love to see you come out for a day of family-friendly activities and community spirit.

Weds 21st & Thurs 22nd May: Resident Meetings - Moyard House & Roseville House Our Homeless Services team will be connecting directly with residents at Moyard House and Roseville House on these dates. This is an important opportunity for us to listen to your experiences and understand how we can best support your needs.

Thursday 22nd May: Community Pop-Up & Scheme Walkabout - Ravensdale St. We'll be out and about in Ravensdale St. for another Community Pop-Up and scheme walkabout. Please come along and share your thoughts on how we can shape our services to better meet your needs. Your insights are crucial!

Friday 23rd May: Housing For All at Newcastle Community Cinema Half Moon Festival Our Housing For All team in Newcastle will be participating in the Newcastle Community Cinema Half Moon Festival. This exciting three-day event promises a rich programme of films and events with local relevance, special interest, and cultural significance, attracting audiences from near and far.

Saturday 24th May: World Africa Day Celebrations - St Columb's Hall, Derry The African Caribbean Community Network is leading the celebrations for World Africa Day at St Columb's Hall in Derry. This event aims to raise awareness and promote the rich diversity of the African and Caribbean cultures. All are welcome to call in and enjoy the festivities.

Wednesday 29th May: Triangle Good Relations Plan Celebration (Armagh) We'll be joining in the celebration of the completion of Triangle's successful 5-year good relations plan in the Armagh area. This event will also recognise the fantastic groups involved in the Community FUNd project.

Friday 30th May: Community Clean Up - St Malachy's Court, Ogle Street Residents of St Malachy's Court on Ogle Street are invited to our monthly community clean-up. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbours, work together to enhance the appearance of your scheme, and take pride in your community.
