The development will deliver 27 much‑needed family homes in an area of high housing demand. Once complete, Third Street will provide a mix of high‑quality accommodation, including six two‑bedroom homes designed for three‑person households and twenty‑one three‑bedroom homes suitable for five‑person families.
Although the scheme is still in development and a definitive handover date has not yet been confirmed, construction work is progressing well on site. Works are being carried out by East Coast Contracts, and Ark Housing is working closely with all partners to ensure the homes are completed to a high standard. We look forward to handing these new homes over to families as soon as possible.
