Check Your Heart Health

The session allowed residents to engage directly with a trusted local health organisation and take part in simple health checks designed to help identify potential risks related to heart disease, chest conditions, and stroke. By bringing this service directly into the community, tenants were able to access support in a familiar and comfortable setting.

Looking after heart health is vital at every stage of life. Early awareness and preventative checks can make a significant difference, helping to reduce the risk of serious health issues in the future.
