It was great to see so many residents come along to our recent Community Pop-Up and Scheme Walkabout at Catherine Court.
These events provide a valuable opportunity for tenants and residents to meet Ark Housing staff, share their views, and help shape the services that matter most to them. We are committed to listening to our tenants and using their feedback to improve the services we deliver across our communities.
Tenant Participation is at the heart of what we do. Whether you have an idea for improving your neighbourhood, a suggestion about our housing services, or simply want to share your experiences, we want to hear from you. Our Community Pop-Ups and Scheme Walkabouts are designed to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where residents can speak directly with our team and make their voices heard.
The event at Catherine Court was also a fantastic opportunity for neighbours to come together and enjoy some community fun. Residents enjoyed visits from the chippy van and ice cream van, while Kidz Farm made a special appearance, bringing plenty of smiles and creating a memorable day for families.
