Temporary absence

If you are aware that you will be absent from your home for a period of time exceeding one month, you must advise us immediately. You will also need to advise the Northern Ireland Housing Executive of any periods of prolonged absence if you are in receipt of Housing Benefit. If you are planning a prolonged absence during the winter months please make sure that some heating is left on in your home to prevent burst pipes.
