The Housing Officer will endeavour to carry out a scheme visit once a month. The purpose of these visits are to carry out pre and post repair inspections, arrears visits, end of tenancy inspections and to check the general condition of the schemes.

If you wish to make an appointment to see the Housing Officer during a scheme visit, you should contact the office where you will be advised of a date and time.

However, tenants do not have to wait until a scheme visit to see the Housing Officer. If they have a problem or query which they feel requires urgent attention, the Housing Officer will arrange an appointment to see them as soon as possible.
