Service Charge

The Association is required to levy a service charge on tenants in sheltered schemes to cover the cost for communal facilities such as communal heating, communal cleaning, provision of laundry facilities and the servicing and maintenance of them, communal kitchens and the helpline facility. Tenants in other properties where a helpline service and/or kitchen appliances such as fridges and cookers are provided will also be levied with a service charge. This charge is also reviewed annually and all service charges are levied to match the total cost of the services provided.
