The rates are set annually by each District Council and the Rates Collection Agency and the Association collects these rates on behalf of the Collection Agency.

Your rates are paid in advance by the Association on your behalf to the Local District Council. The Rate Increases are due immediately the new rate is struck and we will endeavour to give all tenants as much notice as possible.
