• Clearing blocked sewers, drains and waste pipes. • Boilers and hot water cylinders. • Pipes, radiators and fittings.
The Tenant’s Responsibility
• Washers on taps • Stoppers for baths, sinks and basins. • Chains for stoppers and WC chains. • Clearing airlocks in pipes and radiators. • Replacement of wash-hand basins, WC bowls and seats ( except where cracked through fair wear and tear or faulty installation)
THE TENANT MUST BEAR THE COST OF CLEARING BLOCKED DRAINS CAUSED BY DIRTY GULLEY TRAPS, OR CLEARING WASTEPIPES INSIDE INDIVIDUAL DWELLINGS WHERE THE OBSTRUCTION HAS BEEN CAUSED BY MISUSE.
