If you have exclusive use of a garden with your home it is a condition of your tenancy to keep it well maintained.

At the Associations sheltered schemes, the Association provides a grounds maintenance service to maintain the communal areas. However, everyone should assist in keeping areas tidy by disposing of litter thoughtfully and reporting dangerous articles ie. broken glass.
