If you wish to exchange your home with another tenant  of the Association you must obtain written permission from the Association. We will not unreasonably withhold permission, although we will need to be satisfied that the accommodation is suitable for the incoming tenant.

If you wish to exchange with the tenant of another landlord , approval must be granted by both Ark Housing and the other landlord. You must apply in writing to the Association giving details of the property to which you want to move.
