The Association’s Responsibility
• Electrical Wiring.
• Repairs to electrical appliances, fires and heaters that have been installed by the Association.
• Door entry systems that have been installed by the Association.
• Helpline System.
• Ceiling roses and lamp holders.
• Sockets and switches.
The Tenant’s Responsibility
• Repairs to electrical appliances, fires and heaters not installed by the Association.
• Door bells and plugs.
• Fuses except main fuses which are the responsibility of the Electricity Authority.
• Replacement of batteries in smoke alarms.
IF AN ELECTRICIAN HAS BEEN CALLED TO DO A REPAIR AND IT HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE CAUSED BY FAULTY EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE TENANT, THE TENANT WILL BE CHARGED ALL COSTS INVOLVED.
