All property suffers wear and tear over time and this is taken into consideration both during and at the end of your tenancy. However, under the terms of your tenancy agreement you are responsible for any wilful damage/neglect caused by you, any member of your household or guest visiting or staying with you.

Any work carried out to your home which is discovered as wilful neglect or damage will be recharged to the tenant.
