The Association aims to provide a prompt and efficient maintenance service to all it’s tenants. We have adopted the performance standards set out below and are committed to the achievement of these.
Emergency Repairs - repair to be completed within 24 hours. These are repairs and defects which immediately endanger the health, safety and welfare of tenants, or the general public, or could cause serious damage to the fabric of the building.
Urgent Repairs - repair to be completed within 4 working days.
Routine Repairs - repair to be completed within 28 working days. These are repairs which do not cause major inconvenience to tenants or staff, or damage to the fabric of the building.
Cyclical Maintenance - items are incorporated into a larger planned scheme, or carried out a planned time each year.
