We have, in partnership with Belfast Energy Agency, undertaken an initiative to help tackle fuel poverty for our tenants and improve energy efficiency within their properties.

Under the Cosy Homes Scheme, we are planning to replace inefficient and expensive E7 (Economy 7) electric heating systems in our properties at Windsor House. Work on the flats is due to commence in April this year and will provide natural gas central heating systems with the up-grading of thermal insulation. We would hope to be able to extend this replacement programme in the coming year to include and remaining solid fuel systems within our stock.
