Roseville House Consists of 21 units of mixed accommodation built in the 1990s to provide homeless families with temporary accommodation, in a secure enviroment. The accommodation is self contained and comprises of:

14 x 3P 2Bed Flats

6 x 5P 3Bed Flats

1 x 6P 4Bed House

The accommodation is owned and managed by Ark Housing Association. All referals for this scheme are direct from the NIHE Housing Advice Centre, Great Victoria St. Belfast.
