The main contractor for the scheme was Piperhill Construction and the project was managed on behalf of Ark Housing by Harry Rolston Architect Limited.

The scheme was completed in July 2004.

This development is still undergoing completion and shall be finished in the near future

This project is a special needs scheme and will be managed by Threshold (NI) on behalf of Ark Housing. It is specifically for people suffering or recovering from mental illness and residents will be referred to the scheme through a partnership arrangement with the Causeway Trust, NI Housing Executive and Threshold.

The main Contractor for the scheme was Drumdollagh Construction and the project was managed on behalf of the Ark Housing by Architects, John Neill Partnership.

It is expected to be completed by October 2004.
