Ark Housing launch diploma in Strategic Leadership

Ark Housing Association in partnership with Dorothy McKee Consulting and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) has developed a new leadership development qualification for Senior Managers in the Social Housing Sector.

The programme has been specifically designed for Senior Managers within the housing sector but is very relevant to partner organisations within the voluntary and community sectors. The programme aims to develop the strategic leadership competencies and the necessary skills and attributes required to succeed in this challenging environment. This is a unique development opportunity that has been designed to enhance the competence of senior management teams and the effectiveness of the participating organisations.

The programme will utilise the most effective leadership & management learning techniques and will be delivered by high profile and key sector leaders throughout the business world.  

This programme is accreditated by the Institute of Leadership & Management and supported by Asset Skills the sector skills council.
